As Mayor of the City of Moody, I am pleased to welcome you to our city.

We know that you will have a positive impression of this area and it's citizens.

We are the fastest growing city in our county and the fourth fastest growing in the entire state.  The City has over 3,000 new homes under construction, with a population of approximately 14,000 residents. We hope to offer all residents the warm, welcoming feel of a rural setting with the benefits of urban services.

Our city, you will find has a lot to offer such as churches, schools, motels, restaurants, and businesses and easy access to world-class medical services.

The Moody City Park is a showplace for this area. We have our "Kiddie Park", for ages 12 and under that is handicap accessible, tennis courts, walking track, and a "Miracle League Field" especially designed for the mentally and/or physically challenged "kids" who want to play ball. We take great pride in this field and in the entire park. We offer sports for all ages which include: football, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer and cheerleading. I hope that you will be able to take an opportunity to enjoy all of these facilities.
